About
Me: I
am starting my ninth year as Calvin Christian superintendent and my 29th
year in Christian education. Previously
I have been a teacher (everything from grades 5-12), athletic director, and a
high school principal. I am married to Jayne, who is a second
grade teacher at Calvin Christian. We
have two children who both graduated from Calvin. Nathan is a high school history teacher at Ontario Christian
and Kelley is in her first year of teaching at Valley Christian School in
Bellflower. Kelley is now Kelley Tiersma. She married longtime sweetheart and Calvin
Christian graduate John Tiersma in June.
In
my spare time I like to be play basketball, golf and hike as well as read. Please
