About
Me: My name is Mr. Arlan Memmelaar. I have been teaching at Calvin
Christian for 32 years. My wife is Mrs. Elaine Memmelaar, and she
teaches at Calvin, too. I grew up in
the Midwest, graduated from Dordt College and taught at a couple of Christian
schools in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Elaine and I have three children, all of whom graduated from
Calvin Christian and have married and located in different states. Mark and his family live in St. Louis,
MO. Jeff and his family live in
Phoenix, AZ. Karen and her husband
live in Bozeman, MT. We have three grandchildren. You may see me walking around campus with
a “Tutankhaman” coffee mug. |
