As a member organization
of the
Barnabas Foundation, friends of
Calvin Christian have access, at no
cost, to the estate planning services
offered by the Barnabas staff. The
mission of the Barnabas Foundation is to
"assist
Christian people in extending their
lifelong pattern of good Christian
stewardship into their wills and estate
plans." Here's
how it works:
A
Barnabas representative visits Calvin
Christian in the spring every year. We
are fortunate in California to have a
certified tax attorney, Bob Zeilenga,
who will meet with individuals or
couples, offering free and confidential
guidance in meeting personal family and
stewardship goals. Mr. Zeilenga is also
available to make visits at other times
during the year. The Barnabas
representative does not perform the
necessary legal work to carry out these
plans, but will follow up the
conferences with a summary that can be
brought to the attorney of your choice
for translation into the proper legal
documents. Meeting with a Barnabas
representative may be of special
interest to you if your circumstances
have changed in recent years due to
widowhood, retirement, or an empty
nest as your children reach adulthood.

case of your death.
