The Mini-Olympics!

Students from 1st to 7th grade enjoyed a day of fun and competition during the Mini-Olympics. The 8th graders organized and ran the events. Teams consisted of students from all the different grades, and each team chose a name that matched the name of a country (see the team photos below!). The teams competed in the following events: Softball Throw for Distance and Accuracy Basketball Shoot Jump Rope 50 Meter Dash Mini-Marathon Long Jump Hang Ten Broad Jump Soccer Kick Obstacle Course This year, Team Botswana won first place. Congratulations!
