Kindergarteners
to fifth graders had an action-packed few days before
Spring Break this year. First they performed in the
Spring Concert on Thursday night. Out of a total of 200
students, over 160 had parts in the performance! They
put on a musical show called "Go, Go Jonah!" by Kathie
Hill, full of songs, acting and intricate props.
After
the concert, everyone was invited over to the grade
school Open House to see the teachers, classrooms and
projects from the grade-schoolers.
To top it all off, Friday was
Grandparents' Day! Grandparents came from near and far
to visit with their grandchildren at school. There was a
special program that included lunch and other
activities.

Praise God for all the talented
students, dedicated teachers and supportive families!
A very special thank you to Mrs.
Margaret Wahlen (Director), Mr. Rod Koelewyn (Drama
Coach), Mrs. Bev Doig (Creative Props) and all the many
teachers and volunteers that helped with the Spring
Concert production! |
