“Beauty and the Beast,” the musical fairytale
based on the Disney animated film, was performed live on stage
at Calvin Christian High School on May 20, 21, 23 and 24. The
elaborate production, directed by Vicki Van Essen, combined the
creative talents of the entire Calvin Christian community to
create a top-notch production. With sets and costumes that rival
those of the big stages, the musical serves as an annual
testimony to the abundant creativity and dedication within the
CCS community.
