 The
Junior High had their annual mixer on a beautiful afternoon on
October 4. The purpose of the mixer is the mix the kids up and
to help them to get to know each other a little better. Each of
the 13 teams was composed of 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. They
began the events with the wave led by Mr. Bylenga. The
students participated in a variety of events including: Beach
ball volleyball, an Obstacle Course, Tug-of War, Water Sponge
relay, Line Whiffle ball, Hula hoop relay, and Catch Phrase. The
JH teachers were all in charge of the different events. The
students had a good time mixing with each other, but also
enjoyed the time outside of the classroom and they had a
wonderful time.
