The entire school was able to enjoy the Junior High Bible
Projects as they were on display in the library. In the picture
above, some second graders are shown enjoying the projects.
Students in grades six through eight shared their faith and
knowledge of the Bible as they graphically and creatively
demonstrated a piece of scripture through their Bible projects.
Reconstructions, assemblages, models and the fine arts helped
students better understand Biblical concepts.
The sixth graders worked with the ancient Patriarchs, the
seventh graders enjoyed the Divided Kingdom kings and the
prophets who spoke to Israel and Judah, while the eighth graders
demonstrated their knowledge of the New Testament. Bible
projects allow students to be evaluated and assessed in areas
where they have personal gifts. Each student is free to explore
and create according to the gifts and talents God has given
them.
