Calvin Christian hosted the Junior High Cross Country Meet on
this very warm day in October. Living Waters Academy, Light &
Life, San Pasquel, Escondido Christian, and Calvary Christian
all joined Calvin on a cross country run for 6th-8th
graders through Jesmond Dene Park. Calvin did well as a team by
finishing first in the 7th grade boys’ and 8th grade
girls’ divisions (for a summary of all the results, see the table
below). Several Calvin students also received individual awards
for placing in the top five of their division. Cross Country running is a
difficult sport and each and every runner is to be commended for
a job well done!
