Share A Few Things About Yourself
I was born and raised in a Christian home in Spokane, Washington, am of German and Italian heritage. I attended Christian schools from grade 7 through college. I have been married since 1976, with 5 children, one in heaven. All of my children have attended Christian schools through college. I was an athlete through college and a coach for 25 years after that. I have been in education since 1976, 14 years of that teaching mostly history and math in public, private, and Christian schools, 7 years of teaching/administration, and 21 years of full time administration. I have lived and taught in the northwest, the east coast, California, and for two years overseas in Greece. I love traveling, been through 46 states, most countries in Europe and three in Africa. One of my passions has been skiing, both water and snow. I love history and therefore old cars. I also love baseball and have been to 21 major league baseball stadiums.
Ephesians 5:1,2 Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
How Do You Connect Faith & Learning
My classroom is my office as I'm dealing with students. I try to incorporate biblical principles and faith into my discussions with students and administer discipline using those same principles.
